Like Jesus' disciples who implored Him to "Teach them to Pray," Corey believes that he, in conjunction with others worldwide, is entrusted with nurturing this generation in prayer. This commitment is pursued through dedicated prayerfulness, global travel, preaching, teaching, written resources, online educational courses, and by mentoring youth in prayer through participation in experiential activities in Dallas.

Corey Russell's zeal lies in awakening the church to the splendor of Jesus Christ, fostering intimacy with the Holy Spirit, uncovering the significance of intercessory prayer, and cultivating an ardent anticipation of Jesus' second coming. With five authored books and five released Prayer CD's, Corey Russell dedicated 18 years to serving at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. Presently, he serves on the pastoral team at Upper Room Church in Dallas, TX. Married to Dana for over two decades, together they have three daughters: Trinity, Mya, and Hadassah.
